Makeup Classes
Makeup class/classes must be scheduled within a month from the missed day. Makeup class link is available in the Classes page on our website. Missed lessons are not refundable.

Cancellation Policies
Full session payment is due at the time of enrollment. If a student must withdraw before the end of any ongoing class, a 30 DAY EMAIL NOTICE IS REQUIRED to prevent the automatic charge for the following month. Students who withdraw during the term and wish to re-enroll will be placed on the studio waiting list. Fees paid for the class are not refundable, but may be transferred to another person at any point. Under certain conditions, a student may be asked to discontinue art lessons at the studio. Those conditions include, but are not limited to the following:
1) The nonpayment of tuition
2) Consistent, disruptive, and/or inappropriate behavior.
Parents will be advised, and the student will be placed on probation for 30 days. If the condition persists at the end of that period, lessons will be discontinued. Fees are not prorated/refundable.
